Pisco Sour

The national cocktail of Chile


  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 3 oz Pisco
  • 1 egg white
  • Ice


  • Add a couple ice cubes to the cocktail shaker
  • Add all other ingredients and shake like your life depended on it
  • Once ice has melted and the egg white has formed a foam, pour into a champagne flute glass
  • Enjoy, cheers!
