Dtom Juut translates directly to boiled bland if I remember my language classes correctly which means bland soup. While certainly not as spicy, vibrant or intense as most other Thai dishes whether a soup, salad or stir fry, it's perfect if feeling a little under the weather. A simple broth with ground pork, seaweed, cabbage, egg tofu and usually a few other veggies tossed in the pot. Rice alongside, it's a nice break from the usual menu. .
